The cloud practice is led by advisors who ran enterprise pricing and large-deal desks inside the hyperscalers — including AWS Private Pricing and Google Cloud enterprise deal teams. They now structure commitments on the buyer's behalf across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. The practice covers Enterprise Discount Programs (EDP), Azure MACC, Google committed-use discounts, marketplace purchase strategy, egress and data-transfer terms, and multi-cloud commitment design.

Mandates typically open with a consumption and commitment analysis, model right-sized commitment levels against realistic growth and exit scenarios, and support direct negotiation with the provider's field and pricing teams. The value lies in knowing how each hyperscaler's discount tiers, private-offer mechanics, and incentive funds actually operate — and how to avoid over-committing. The practice takes no cloud-provider partner incentives.
