We design thenegotiationexperts.com to be usable by the widest possible audience. This statement summarises the firm's accessibility commitments and the known areas still being improved.

Standard

The site targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We aim to meet Level AAA where doing so does not materially compromise content quality.

Measures in place

  • Semantic HTML structure with landmark regions, single h1 per page, and logical heading order.
  • Text contrast meets WCAG 2.2 AA minimum (body 4.5:1, large headings 3:1) against the site's dark background.
  • All interactive elements are keyboard operable. Focus states are visible (brass ring) on all focusable elements.
  • Images have descriptive alt attributes; decorative images have empty alt.
  • Forms have programmatic labels; error messages are announced via aria-live.
  • No content relies on colour alone to convey meaning.
  • Reduced motion is respected via prefers-reduced-motion; parallax and decorative animation are suppressed for users who request it.

Known limitations

  • Some legacy white paper PDFs were produced before full accessibility tagging; we are retagging them during Q2 2026.
  • Some historical blog images lack ideal alt-text granularity; being remediated across the current content audit.
