Morten Andersen is a former senior executive at Oracle and SAP, with deep experience in enterprise software licensing, commercial strategy, and contract negotiation. In 2015, he founded The Negotiation Experts to provide independent advisory to enterprise buyers seeking to optimise their IT contract portfolios and manage vendor relationships strategically.

Since founding the firm, Morten has personally led over 500 enterprise contract negotiations across software licensing, cloud infrastructure, SaaS management, and IT outsourcing. His approach combines technical licensing knowledge with strategic commercial insight, enabling clients to identify and execute previously unrecognised savings opportunities.
